With the arrival of new temporary owners and the R.P.S.A.H.T.S.L.N.B.D rules put forward by Darkman, it is time to begin a reformation of the way owners work.
While there have been many owners throughout the Nacho’s history who have put much hard work and effort into their ownership duties, there are many who have not. They may have been hard working and loyal Nachos -they would not have been owners otherwise- but they do not necessarily carry out the duties expected of them as owners. This is something that needs to change. Owners are a vital component to a successful army. Every owner needs to put their fullest effort into the duties required of them. It is for this reason that yet more rules and expectations are to be introduced, to ensure that the Nachos reclaim their place as the strongest army in Club Penguin, and that the troops are part of a fun and enjoyable army.
Without further ado.
The Expectations of Owners 2015 Article 1
- Owners are expected to post a minimum of once fortnightly [2 weeks], and are expected to average around one post each week. This does not include results posts.
- Owners are expected to build strong bonds with lower ranked troops, and to continue to interact with people in a positive way.
- Owners are expected to make it to a minimum of one event each week. Please note ‘minimum’.
- Owners are expected to represent the leadership in the absence of a member of the leadership. They must do this in a conscientious way that does not threaten the well being of the Nachos as an army.
- Owners are expected to have the capacity and willingness to learn and adapt. This includes becoming deft in leading events on Club Penguin.
- Owners are expected to put as much effort as they possibly can into the Nachos; the Nachos should be their primary army.
- If an owner is unable to meet any of the above they must inform a leader as to why. However, if they persistently fail to meet these expectations then there is a high risk of losing their a. Privileges b. Rank.
These are not difficult expectations, they aren’t too dissimilar to what is currently expected. But these expectations are here to place an emphasis on owners. They are here to ensure that this army runs smoothly.
I apologise if any of you consider these expectations a burden, but I will re-emphasise that they are not difficult to uphold.
Thank you.
