Ceasefire With the Rebel Penguin Federation

We’re not surrendering, we’re calling a ceasefire. This army needs to be rebuild and I’ve outlined a plan to make us ready for war, and right now we’re not. ( ( ( HE ) ) ) brought us into a war to fight for ACP, which was stupid. I understand ACP helped us before, but they did minimal and just helped our size we have to fight a full-scale war against RPF. This ceasefire doesn’t mean a surrender, it means we’ll start fighting again, once we’re ready. Lenin pulled the Russians out of WW1, not because Russia was weak, but because they weren’t ready and in the meantime, he rebuilt the country and created a vast empire. Then they defeated the Germans in World War 2. We are not ending the war, we’re just rebuilding.
