The road to round two begins now, and that’s all I want you to focus on. Let’s just pretend that nothing before this week existed; we’re a new army. You don’t need to look back on the past, or look into the future; let me worry about those things. All you need to worry about is coming to events and having as much fun as you possibly can. We have a couple of big announcements coming soon, both of which involve promotions, (yay) however I’d like to see a little more individual recruiting. Remember, recruiting is absolutely key, and although recruiting on CP is proving to be somewhat ineffective, there are other ways. There’s a party going on right now, which means it’s an opportune time to head over to a CP tracking chat, and start talking to a few people there about joining. Obviously other than that, we have CPPS’, which generally play out in our benefit. There are usually no filters with a CPPS, which makes it so much easier to direct troops to our site and chat. Remember, the success of this army is reliant on each other, and we must strive to work as a well-oiled machine. I’ll lead you into it, if you’re willing to follow me.

Hola,

My apologies for this post coming so late; I kinda lost track of time. Anyway, I’m going to make this very brief, and I’ll start out by saying that this was a fantastic event. We had superb tactics, and averaged hovered around 20 people for the entire battle. For the most part, everything was fast paced, just as we wanted. But as always, it could have been better [the two line tactic was particularly sloppy this event]. But overall, it was a good performance!

As you may have heard, we’re going up against DCP next week, an army that we just go over a very underwhelming war with. They’re also an army that tends to max 30 consistently, a number that we haven’t achieved since August. However, I believe that if we can at least get 25 soldiers here next Saturday, we’ll have a legitimate shot. Although size matters, it doesn’t have to be the deciding factor. If you’re responsive, and carry out orders quickly, we’ll always have a shot. It would be nice to get 30, though. If everybody in this army takes five minutes to recruit just one person, I can assure you that anything is possible. As promised, everybody who came received a promotion, and some of you may have even gotten two :).

Hola Nachos!  It’s 50 Cent 254 and I am proud to present to you the promotions for November! 🙂 Most soldiers who received promotions did so either because they attended the entire first round of the CPAC tournmaent vs the Wizards, or more importantly because they had a high rate of participation in events.  This is the second promotion day where tallying of troop event attendance has been a very significant constituent.  Let me make it clear that for now on you will not receive a promotion for only attending a few events per month.  In order to rightfully deserve a promotion you should be as active as you can for the Nachos.  I think with the spreadsheet coming into play this month, I have covered just about all of the US troops who deserve promotions.  For the month of November I was also a bit stricter with demotions in order to set a precedent that activity is valued, and the higher you are throughout the ranks the more active you should be.  If anyone does not agree with the current status of their promotion or demotion, please fill out a comment explaining why.  For the most part the only troops who will be considered for promotions by leaving a constructive complaint are UK and AUSIA privates, troops who have used backup penguins during events, and active troops who may have mistakenly been removed from the ranks because they did not comment on the active count.  Otherwise, virtually everyone else was accounted for.  😀

Hola Nachos!

It’s been a while since we had an event, but this event was amazing! We maxed five and averaged three, and we managed to earn two new recruits, Scalemore, and Fernando1999!

It was a lovely morning (for me, at least, for some it was night, but whatever) when four amazing troops by the name of 1234Power, Crash103, Tigrsss and Cutie2854 were at the Nacho Army Base at Fjord, where we took a taxi to the Town (after tipping our driver, 6789Cool, of course) and started our Morning Routine of Recruiting & Tactic Practise. We travelled to the Ski Village, bought a couple or souveniers, and starting pressing them E+6 buttons, with impeccable time and mastered our tactics to perfection! We then swam to the Berg with the help of Gary’s floaties (which happened to break just after we arrived) and specifically practised our Recruiting Phrases, so we could get some new recruits for the army! We made a fantastic diagonal line from Crash, where we saw a Squid by the name of Fernando1999 and a fellow penguin called Scalemore, who later joined in with us, found our chat HQ, and filled out the Join Application at the Nachos Recruitee Sign Up Centre in Fjord! We had an amazing training session with spot on times and tactics, we knew better was coming our way!

Hola Nachos!

Tomorrow we’ll be having another event to help pick us off the ground and train us to become 1st yet again. This event is mainly aimed at the AUSIA Division, but if you can make it, don’t let it stop you! I’m expecting, both, AUSIA and UK troops, and it’s just a little while before the Promotions for November get released, so make sure you put in the extra effort to make it, as it’ll increase your chances of getting a promotion!

On another note, going up to Winter Break, most of us would be busy, with exams and so ‘n so, so it’s acceptable to take events slightly easy for now, but when Winter Break starts, we’ll go back to kick-starting the week off with loads of great events, and if we hit better sizes, we’ll have some fun events too!

Be part of it, make me proud.
