We logged into Alpine for the UK event, overall, we were ok, our size was around 12, which, for a UK event, is pretty good, it would have been nice if it was bigger.We started off in the town, however, the normal CP users decided that it would be a fun idea to stand in our line, so we had to switch to the berg, which saw us scaring away a loved-up couple.

Tomato led for the event, during which we learnt that he is indeed, Lord Pain, due to him forcing us to write “WE LOVE TOMATO”, if we didn’t he was going to demote us 😦 😦 :(. [For clarification, I think he was joking, but I’m not sure though, I’m onto you Tomato *D*]

As you know, the Nachos have a plentiful supply of troops from the East Coast of America, which will hopefully continue to grow, and become ever stronger, however, there are much fewer troops from timezones such as GMT, PST and most Australian, and other Asian and European timezones. Which is why, that it would be excellent, that if you have friends in CP armies that come from any of these time zones, but are not in the Nachos, that you try to recruit them [If they’re from EST/CST, it would still be good if you can try to recruit them].

It would be even better, if you try to recruit people from Club Penguin too! And it would definitely help with your chances to get a promotion, I’d imagine.

But besides promotion, there are other big reasons as to why you should try to recruit as many people from your time zone as possible;

1. Chat won’t be as boring for you- as more people will be able to come on at the same times as you, it will mean that you have more people to talk to, especially considering that school is/has starting/started again, and it means there’s less likely that people from lots of time zones will be on during the week.
2. More events at times that suit you, if there is an increase of people from your time zone, more people can come to events that have times that suit you, meaning that pretty much everyone in the army can have fun events; including invasions during wars, since quite often, for example, people from Europe find it hard to come to invasions/defences during the week, since the times tend to only be friendly for Americans.
3. It will help the army. Pretty self-explanatory, recruiting more people will help the army, and make it more fun :).

Now I’m not demanding you to recruit more people from your time zone, and we’re not going to force you too, but it would be really good if you do.

The verdict is in! The Cadence Tracker is officially the best in the Club Penguin World, as these definitely-not-edited reviews in the comments prove!

I am so happy that you guys found my tracker so good, it certainly helped me find Cadence, I put it down to my excellent coding skills.  On behalf of myself, I accept your reviews, and will gladly add them to my ever-growing list of achievements. This is prehaps one of my proudest moments in Club Penguin Armies.

However, I would like to take a moment to say, that on the rare occasions that the tracker does not work, it is preferable that you do not complain to me on chat. Each time the tracker goes down, a team  of highly trained elves gets to work fixing the problem, and each time you complain, one of these elves dies. Think Tinkerbell in elven form.

Thank you everyone, I know I will treasure this day for eternity. You have helped me find my path in life, I have already submitted my résumé to Disney, and I hope to be seated on the Club Penguin board in less than a month.

Today is a big day and an important one at that.  Later today, we’ll take on our good rival the Army of Club Penguin in a practice battle.  The last couple of weeks for the Nacho Army have only been so-so in my opinion mainly due to the inactivity of leaders and troops.  However, we look to turn that around today.  We look to make a statement today to get back on the right track to the top and as the best army in Club Penguin.  We know for a fact that we are the best army, but again and again, we absolutely must prove that.  Let’s go out there today and do exactly that, Nachos!

Hola Nachos!

Today, we had a nice patrol on our server Cloudy!  We moved around from room to room and eventually finished up at the Highway until we logged off.  We manged to reach up to 30-35+ Nachos which is still very good!  However, considering it was the weekend, I’d still like us to consistently be getting 40+ then and more so about 30-35 during the week.  We have plenty of troops out there, so I know that shouldn’t be a problem at all!  We understand everyone is getting busier and have more important things to do, but we just ask you to try your best to attend what you can!  The Nachos need everyone here to keep this Golden Age going strong!  Overall, great job today, Nachos!

Governor elections are upon us once again. Now, being a governor of a server allows you to do a variety of things, and it will require a good amount of responsibility to make sure everything runs smooth, but that’s the fun of it. To run, you’ll need to be at least a corporal, and have a clean record [Leaders/owners will decide if you do]. In addition, you are also going to need a running mate, otherwise known as a mayor. Your mayor can be any rank, but please make sure you both know who’s going to be what. You’re going to be able to run for these four famed Nacho servers: Fjord, Blizzard, White House, and Aurora.

As a governor, you’re going to have to defend your assigned server by sending daily patrol groups, and preventing other armies from recruiting/having training sessions on them. You may also schedule parties, or other fun events on your server. If you don’t do anything, you will be fired from your position. Governors and mayors will serve a three month term. They will be able to run again.

**Governors must pick their mayors**

If you’re in the rank range of corporal-brigadier general, and you think you’re the governor type, you’re going to need to answer these questions below:

1. What is your CP name?

2. What server do you want to run for?

3. Who will be your mayor?

You should also explain in a few words what you would do as a governor, and why you’re the best choice.

**All nominations must be in by Saturday, August 24th  Sunday 25th**

You’ll be able to campaign through next Tuesday, and the polls will be up the following Wednesday. The polls will close on Saturday, August 31st.

[The Alpine UK event that was already posted.]

Hola Nachos!

Yesterday, we had a mass recruiting session on Alpine which overall, I think went very well! The aim of the game here was to get as many penguins from Club Penguin to be aware of the Nachos and to want to find out more and eventually visit our site. Although it’s not easy to successfully do this on Club Penguin anymore, because it seems that the staff have been slightly implying that we will be punished for doing so, standing in a circle, chanting our name and getting penguins to join in the fun isn’t strictly breaking any rules, so when it comes to that, we’ll be absolutely fine.
