Nacho Army of Club Penguin

Greetings Citizens of Nachonnia,

Today the owners gathered and discussed a new idea I came up with to organise the ownership and give everyone a job. It will change how the army’s ownership works and give the ownership more jobs, this is to make sure everyone puts in their fair share of work. War Cabinet

The idea I came up with was one that would emulate a President of a country and his cabinet. A cabinet is made up of people who all have a specific job and are in charge of a specific department, so the President isn’t left doing all the jobs, so I decided to use that idea and transform it into one that can work for Club Penguin Armies. There are ten positions on the War Council and everyone has a unique important job.

1.  The President is Head of the Government and Military. He is in charge of overseeing the army along with his fellow Commander-in-Chief(s). He is able to override decisions made by the War Council and Military decisions in times of crisis and war. Any treaties or laws passed must be signed by the President. He is the first among equals, and shares power with his fellow Commanders. He is elected by the ownership and will serve a one month term. President: Verum
2.  The Vice President is a Second in Command in the Military, and the successor to the current leaders, if they retire, or are impeached. Any treaties or laws passed must be signed by the Vice President. His permission is needed to impeach a President and he is the most senior member of the ownership. He Participates in high level negotiations and his permission is needed to pass any decisions made by the cabinet.. He is in charge of overseeing the work of the other Secretaries. 3. The Secretary of State is in charge of handling Foreign Relations and will serve as an ambassador to other armies. He advises the President on matters of foreign policy. He Participates in high-level negotiations e.g treaties. He is able to convict an individual of treason, or revoke their conviction.  Secretary of State: Aka
4. The Secretary of War is the 3rd most important member of the Cabinet. He is in charge of scheduling Invasions and Defenses. He is also in charge of developing tactics to win wars and his permission is needed to declare war against an army and sign a treaty. He is in charge of supervising the Commandants of different divisions within the army e.g European, United States and Asian/Australian. Secretary of War: Dan101
5. The Secretary of Recruitment and Rank Management. He is in charge of the handling recruitment in the army. He is in charge of seeking out new Recruitment methods and updating Recruiting Lines. He is also in charge of monthly promotions and monitoring the work of troops to see if they deserve a promotion, or not. He makes sure the Nachos brings in and enlists more recruits and updates the ranks daily. He works closely with the Secretary of Troop Affairs. 6.  The Secretary of Troop Affairs is in charge of making sure the relationship between the Cabinet and the Citizens of the Nachonnian Empires is satisfactory. He works closely with the troops to find out about what can be done to make the army better for the troops. He also takes on the concerns of everyone in the army and informs the Cabinet. He also trains Moderators and Members on how to do their job suitably during weekly Moderator and Owner training. Secretary of Troop Affairs: Emily
7.  The Secretary of Propaganda is in charge of updating the site on a regular basis. He is also in charge of making the site active and making posts about Club Penguin and army news. He makes sure the troops are informed of what’s happening in the army and not feeling alienated. Secretary of Propaganda: Dominus

1. The Commandant of the Nacho SS is the Supreme Leader of the Nacho SS. His job is to manage and lead the Nachos Special Service.Commandant of the Nacho SS: Fluffy

1. The Commandant of the UK Division is in charge of running the UK Division and making sure it runs effectively and is doing as well as it should be. He is in charge of making sure the chat is appropriate, everyone’s recruiting and the Moderators are active during UK times. He helps any UK Leaders run the division. 2. The Commandant of the US Division is in charge of running the US Division and making sure it runs effectively and is doing as well as it should be. He is in charge of making sure the chat is appropriate, everyone’s recruiting and the Moderators are active during UK times. He helps any UK Leaders run the division. Article I: In order for a coup d’etat to occur, the approval of the War Council and an administrator (Kevin/Puckley) is needed. If one of these parties disagrees with the coup, then a vote will go the army.

Article II: In order for war to be declared, an emergency War Council meeting must occur and the President, Vice President, Secretary of War and the majority of the leadership must agree.

Article III: In order for a treaty to be signed, the Secretary of State, Vice President and the President must be present.

Article IV: No one shall be hired above the rank of 4th in Command, and if there is a crisis in the army and owners are needed, active moderators may be promoted to owner positions temporarily.

The owners who attended the meeting all agreed to implement this.
