Hola Nachos,
For the past two weeks since our most recent war has ended, our overall activity has declined significantly. It is usually expected for activity and troop size to slightly decline following a long war, and being experienced leaders as we are, we knew that which is why we wanted to focus on recruiting after the war. Unfortunately, so it seems, many of the leaders and other owner ranks have not been as active as expected and were unable to properly lead the recruiting process, thus leading to further inactivity of the army.
I, for one, take the blame partly due to me not being as active as I once was before. And to be honest, although indirectly, I figured it would be a way to slowly let my influence fade and let the other three leaders take over that prominent role I held. I actually did plan on retiring within a week or two, but that idea has obviously been discarded now. I cannot leave if we’re in an unstable state or more so that my presence is still needed. I will just figure out a way to lead from afar (in a way) when I’ll have an extended absence for two weeks which is coming up very soon.
With that being said, it looks like I will be leading into the summer for a time, and since that is the case, we need to begin rebuilding right now before the summer begins. And once summer begins, we will already be on top and ready to dominate even more. Actually, I plan and we will need to back in shape as our previous war form before I leave on my extended break which is two weeks.
So in other words, you get to party with me in the summer! 😀
A two week plan to become that army of dominance once again. Two weeks… we can do that; we will do that. It’s quite simple really, and we’ve actually already done it once whether you realized it or not. However, for it to happen in two weeks, I need your help, and I need your best effort from you and for you to be as active as you can.
- Rank Reform: This is being done currently, and all inactive soldiers are being removed from the ranks. This also includes reform in the mod and owner ranks and those who are inactive will be demoted without question.
- Fun Events: No more of the same old events like “recruiting” and “training.” In a way, we’ll still be training, but we’ll actually be introducing new and different events that should be more fun (for real, this time). i.g. Pizza Parlor Raids[NEW], Timed Campaigns[NEW], U-Lead, Seek & Destroy[NEW], Creation[NEW], Practice Battles. More to come.
- Contests: For real, this time too. Expect an igloo contest later this week. Plus, more contests for the weeks following.
- Weekly Awards: Nacho of the Week, Best Recruiter, Most Active Soldier, Best New Tactic, Moment of the Week, Picture of the Week, Funniest Moment. More to come possibly. Receiving an award each week increases your chance of a promotion x2 – receive an award all 4 weeks – promotion guaranteed.
- Friday Night is Game Night: Starting now, it is. I need a few people to be in charge of this.
- Recruiting Squad: Daily recruiting on Sleet. I need several people to be in charge of this.

Hopefully, all of that, we’ll help the army grow and be more fun too! 😀
In no way do I think we have fallen. The troops are still definitely there; we just need to bring back the activity and renew the constant cycle of bringing in new soldiers. We are only taking the necessary action which should prove to be very beneficial.
As for the top ten this week, purposely I’ve kept us out of it. Not for any reason against CPAC, but more so because we hardly had any events this week. (And speaking of that, ANY owners if I do not schedule the events for the week… please do schedule something for the whole week; don’t be lazy). In reality, we’d probably be 4th or 5th (like it really matters though) seeing as we had 20-25 in two events this week, and a solid 15 in a UK event. Frankly, I don’t care about the top ten, but for many of you, I know it does, so let not even being in it serve as motivation to be in it next week in a position that is up to the Nacho standard. May it be embarrassing to you. All I know, 20+ is definitely not our standard.
In summary, get active, and let’s become the army that we know we are. Fun times surely await when everyone is active and contributing.
